Thargomindah

Day 29
The Bulloo Development Road is sealed between Noccundra and Thargomindah albeit single lane.  So the 150k or so trip was completed with little stress.
Bulloo Development Road
We set about looking for a tyre shop finding only 1 that had only 1 17 AT tyre.  Mike snavelled this up adding a Mickey Thompson to his menagerie of branded tyres.  Sally and Colin pushed onto the van park to secure some spots.  Mike and Jan requested power so they could thaw out in front of their electric heater.  Sally and Colin had none.  The kind people at the park offered, if we wanted to stay together, a spot in the non-powered section but close to the barbeque where mike could plug in their van.
Thargomindah Caravan Park
We prepared a camp dinner after which we headed to the camp kitchen, engaged the heaters, tuned in the tele and commence watching the first game of the NRL state of origin.

After watching Qld pull off a stunning victory, another day done.
